Job summary

Jing Hau in Al-Rayyan seeks a friendly bilingual Concierge to welcome guests and assist with check-in, provide local information, and arrange reservations for restaurants, shows, and transportation.

The ideal candidate speaks English plus Malayalee or Egyptian, has strong communication skills, and can multitask in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Malayalee or Egyptian (verbal and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
• Provide information on local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other events
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and policies to provide accurate information to guests
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests
• Maintain the lobby area to ensure it is clean and welcoming at all times
