Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a concierge in a luxury hotel environment.
• Fluent in English and Malayalam; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy.
• Knowledgeable about the local area and able to make recommendations for activities and attractions based on guest preferences.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel facilities and services.
• Offer recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and events.
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other establishments as requested.
• Arrange transportation for guests, such as airport transfers or car rentals.
• Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, including room service orders and housekeeping requests.
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel's amenities, services, and promotions to effectively assist guests.
• Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional manner and escalate to management if necessary.
• Keep track of guest preferences and special requests to ensure a personalized experience during their stay.
