VivaVibe Productions is hiring a Concierge Specialist for our Al-Rayyan hotel. This role serves Malayalee and Filipino guests, assisting with check-in, local recommendations, and reservations to ensure a seamless stay.

You will greet guests on arrival, handle requests, and maintain knowledge of hotel services. Flexible hours including weekends/holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Malayalam or Tagalog as required by the role.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests from Malayalee and Filipino communities on arrival.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and inquiries; handle requests promptly.
• Provide local area information, restaurant, activity, and transport recommendations.
• Arrange restaurant and tour reservations for guests.
• Address guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and hours.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Record guest interactions and transactions in the hotel software system.

As a Concierge Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our guests from the Malayalee and Filipino communities. This position requires no English language skills, making it an ideal opportunity for non-native speakers or those looking for a part‑time job.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests from the Malayalee and Filipino communities upon arrival
• Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out, and any other inquiries or requests they may have
• Provide information about the local area, including recommendations for restaurants, activities, and transportation
• Arrange reservations for guests, such as restaurant bookings or tour bookings
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation to assist guests with their needs
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Keep records of guest interactions and transactions using our hotel software system

Requirements

• Must be fluent in either Malayalam or Tagalog
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
