Job summary

Fresha is expanding its footprint in Qatar and seeks a Business Development Executive to own the sales cycle locally. You will target salons, barbershops, spas and clinics, turning them into Fresha partners and driving revenue in the market.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of B2B SaaS sales, a hunter mindset, fluency in English and Arabic, and the ability to work on-site in Doha while coordinating with cross-functional teams to win new business.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces or payment platforms.
• Proven hunter who builds relationships and creates opportunities.
• Excellent time management and organisation.
• Curious mindset with eagerness to learn and improve.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is desired.

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed sales targets for Qatar market.
• Proactively engage decision-makers via phone, email and social outreach.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Understand partner needs and position Fresha solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner experience.
• Build strong relationships and grow Fresha presence in Qatar.
