Job summary

Le Méridien Lusail is seeking a non-management, full-time hospitality professional to ensure staff deliver outstanding service and guest satisfaction in a bustling food and beverage environment.

You will lead a team, oversee opening and closing duties, monitor cleanliness and safety, manage inventories, and coach colleagues while upholding Marriott's standards and the brand's guest-centric ethos.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Related work experience: at least 2 years.
• Supervisory experience: at least 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff works together as a team to provide optimum service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify any deficiencies.
• Complete opening and closing duties, set up supplies and clean equipment/areas.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, coaching, and motivating employees.
• Follow all safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions to management.
• Develop positive working relationships and support team to reach common goals.

Education

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
