Job summary

Le Méridien Lusail is seeking a dedicated hotel professional to cover a maternity leave in Food & Beverage. You will lead a dining team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold service standards while managing opening/closing duties and daily operations.

You will supervise staff, oversee inventories, assist in hiring/training, and uphold safety and quality policies to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is a fixed-term, full-time assignment in Lusail, Qatar.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff works as a team to deliver optimum service and meet guest needs.
• Complete opening and closing duties: setup, cleaning, stocking, and safety checks.
• Manage inventories, FIFO, and requisition supplies; monitor dining room operations.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees; serve as role model.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and protect company assets; report incidents.
