Job summary

Landmark Group's Splash brand seeks a Shop Manager to cover duties in the absence of the Store Manager and to lead store operations. You will prioritize customer service, drive sales through promotions, supervise training, and maintain high visual standards in line with merchandising guidelines.

Our UAE-based group spans GCC, India, and beyond; Splash offers fashion for men, women and teens. The role involves managing a busy retail environment within Landmark Group's omnichannel network.

Qualifications

• Graduate/bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Experience in retail leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Cover Shop Manager duties in their absence and jointly control and direct store management in presence of Shop Manager.
• Prioritize customer service/sales over tasks.
• Exhibit and promote high standards of internal customer care.
• Maximize sales opportunities through promotions and marketing opportunities.
• Monitor customer complaints per Company policy and seek feedback.
• Carry out in-store training and audits; enroll staff in Learning and Development courses.
• Maintain high visual standards and displays in line with merchandising guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all responsibilities of a Shop Manager during his absence and jointly control and direct store management in presence of Shop Manager
• Ensure customer service/sales takes priority over tasks
• Exhibit and promote high standards of internal customer care
• Ensure all sales opportunities are maximized through effective use of all promotional/marketing opportunities
• Monitor handling of customer complaints in line with Company policy and seek regular feedback
• Carry out regular and relevant in-store training, audits and enroll staff on relevant Learning and Development courses
• Maintain high standards of visual appearance throughout the store including all non-retail areas & maintain window and in-store displays to a high standard in line with merchandising guidelines

Qualifications
