Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years as Head of Kitchen in a high‑standard hotel or restaurant.
• Formal culinary or hospitality education preferred.
• Experience with international chain hotels is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily culinary operations with focus on consistency, quality and cost controls.
• Develop and execute seasonal menus with Chef and F&B leadership.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relations for cost efficiency.
• Contribute to P&L reviews and drive food and labor cost improvements.
• Engage guests and internal stakeholders to elevate dining experiences.
• Coach and develop the kitchen team and maintain a positive work culture.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards.
