Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Delegate day-to-day tasks to team members and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for guest needs.
• Schedule cleaning of rooms, corridors, and public areas.
• Ensure proper key control and room readiness for occupancy.
• Oversee training and coaching of housekeeping staff.
• Monitor inventories of cleaning supplies and linen stock.
• Support Director of Housekeeping with SOPs and reviews.
