IHG Doha hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the Housekeeping Attendants and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service across the property.

The role requires experience in a luxury hotel, strong English proficiency, and the ability to supervise schedules, check-outs, guest requests, and room inspections to ensure exceptional guest comfort and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Luxury hotel experience recommended.
• Experience with learning and development methods is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Additional language is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Housekeeping Attendants job assignment.
• Issue keys and supplies to Housekeeping Attendants.
• Attend daily meetings and receive special instructions.
• Receive check-outs before reporting them as vacant.
• Receive special requests from guests and carry them out.
• Inspect areas cleaned using checklist for standards and repairs.
