Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards: Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and deep-cleaning as required.
• Replenish linens and amenities: Replace bed linens, towels, and guest amenities to meet brand standards.
• Manage housekeeping supplies: Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping cart, ensuring cleaning materials are available.
• Deliver outstanding guest service: Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for a comfortable stay.
• Handle waste disposal: Collect and dispose of waste and recyclables per hotel procedures and cleanliness standards.
• Report maintenance concerns: Identify and report damages or safety hazards in rooms and public areas.
• Support team operations: Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to maintain high housekeeping standards.
