Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in hospitality, events, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Events, Catering Sales, Conference Services, or similar hospitality role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and event management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead conferences, meetings, weddings, social events, and corporate functions from enquiry to execution.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand needs and exceed expectations.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, banquet event orders, and event documentation.
• Coordinate with F&B, Culinary, Rooms, Engineering, and other teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and client meetings to showcase facilities and capabilities.
• Drive revenue through upselling opportunities and effective event planning.
• Monitor event timelines and budgets to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure events align with brand standards and client expectations.
• Address guest feedback promptly and professionally.
• Support pre-opening sales initiatives and event showcases.
