Successfactors is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Doha to oversee branch operations and drive a high level of service delivery while ensuring adherence to SOPs and QCB regulations.

You will supervise staff, manage daily transactions, handle customer issues, and coordinate with risk and departments to maintain audit readiness. The role includes AML oversight, training delivery, and performance reporting.

Responsabilités

• Branch Management and supervision of subordinates.
• Ensure efficiency in branch operations to support the client experience objective.
• Maintain compliance with operating procedures, policies, process flows and service level agreements by carrying out random spot checks and coordinating with risk management.
• Oversee daily financial and non-financial transactions and document approvals via scanner.
• Manage premises, branch registers, and security-related duties including vault cash & teller activities.
• Handle branch opening/closing, security alarms, and branch literature/branding.
• Receive and resolve customer complaints with appropriate departments.
• Monitor AML indicators during account openings and daily transactions; ensure timely workflow within TAT.
• Provide regulatory training and refresher sessions for branch staff.
• Assist and substitute for Branch Manager during leave; supervise staff development.
• Lead branch performance reporting and change management initiatives.

Formation

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business administration, finance, economics or a related subject
