CBQ is seeking a Branch Manager in Qatar to lead the branch in alignment with CBQ strategic objectives, drive sales and growth, and deliver high-quality customer service. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and implement marketing and business development plans to maximize profitability and branch performance.

The role focuses on channel initiatives, customer focus programs, and adherence to CBQ policies, with responsibility for change management and reporting of branch results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise subordinates to ensure efficient work in line with procedures and policies.
• Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback for subordinates' development.
• Contribute to budget preparation and monitor financial performance against budget.
• Manage branch implementation of value propositions and services to drive growth and profitability.
• Organize branch marketing and business development plans for flawless execution.
• Lead customer focus initiatives and campaigns to align with CBQ values.
• Oversee advances within the branch to manage cash exposure per CBQ policy.
• Monitor branch performance against objectives with regular result reviews.
• Track branch credit portfolio quality and implement remedial actions if needed.
• Manage branch service quality and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Promote self-service channels to improve profitability.
• Conduct coaching and capability building for the branch team.
• Collect feedback for improvements to branch operations.
• Generate periodic/ad-hoc branch reports for visibility on achievements.
• Lead change management and continuous improvement across departments.

Formação académica
