Job summary

ConsultTik in Qatar is hiring an Arabic-speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will identify prospects, conduct outreach, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

You will manage outreach via LinkedIn, calls, and emails, maintain CRM records, and provide weekly performance reports. Fluency in Arabic and English, plus 1–3 years in related roles, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 1–3 years in telesales, lead generation, telemarketing, or business development.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting and lead generation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Must currently reside in Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects via LinkedIn, directories and online research.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Introduce ConsultTik services and generate client interest.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.
• Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and move opportunities.
• Record outreach activities, lead details, and meeting outcomes in the CRM.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information.
• Provide weekly reports on outreach, leads generated, and meetings booked.
