Job summary

Employment is seeking a Key Accounts Sales Specialist in Doha to lead day-to-day operations across B2B, B2C, and Showroom divisions. You will steer sales and marketing, manage key client and supplier relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

You will mentor a multidisciplinary team, represent the company at industry events, and drive campaigns and events while maintaining CRM-driven databases and budget adherence. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Qualifications

• Mandatory proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing and/or sales.
• Minimum of three years of business development and/or marketing experience with strategic leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day business operations across multiple divisions (B2B, B2C, Showroom).
• Oversee sales and marketing strategies to grow market share and profitability.
• Manage key customer and supplier relationships, ensuring service excellence and long-term partnerships.
• Identify and secure new suppliers, business opportunities, and market segments.
• Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Contributing to the sales activities and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinating promotional activities and events.
• Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
