Rotana Centro Capital Doha is seeking an Airport Greeter to deliver exceptional guest service from arrival to departure at Centro Capital Doha by Rotana, Qatar. You will meet guests, coordinate transport, and assist with visa checks in a fast-paced airport hotel environment.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality diploma, strong English communication skills, and a proactive, friendly demeanor suited for high-pressure moments.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in hospitality with Front Office/Customer Service experience.
• Must be computer literate with fluent English (written and spoken).
• Proactive and well-presented with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Meet and provide prompt, courteous service to guests from arrival to departure.
• Maintain good relations with airline desk, customs, immigration and airport staff.
• Coordinate and assist transportation needs of guests.
• Assist with visa procedures and ensure visa documents are correct.
• Liaise with Visa Officer and Visa Clerk for visa processing and translations.
• Ensure guests are met and assisted at the airport on arrival and departure.
• Display paging board clearly for arriving guests as per country rules.
• Carry daily arrival/departure reports to monitor guest movement.

Job Description

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Front Office professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

The position is based in Centro Capital Doha by Rotana, Qatar.

As an Airport Greeter you are responsible to meet and provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests so as to achieve high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival till departure, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as-

• Ensure that the paging board is neat, clean and the guest information are written correctly
• Promote and maintain good working relation with airline desk, customs, immigration and other airport personnel’s
• Co-ordinate and assist transportation requirements of guest
• Expedite the guest entry to the country by ensuring entry visas etc. are correct and have full and up to date knowledge of the visa procedures
• Liaise closely with the Visa Officer for visit visa application and the Visa Clerk for all typing required and translations where necessary
• Ensure that all hotel guests are met and assisted at the airport on arrival and departure in order to provide personalized service
• Display a paging board prominently to identify the guests arriving at the airport, according to established country legislation
• Carry the daily arrival and departure report in order to monitor guest movement

Skills

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should ideally have a diploma / degree in the hospitality field with previous experiences in the Front Office / Customer Service. You must be a computer literate with fluency in both written and spoken English.
