Responsibilities

Build and maintain customer relationships and understand customer culture and business strategies.
Engage with customers and internal partners via meetings, calls, emails, and other media.
Manage customer account health and deliver world-class support.
Identify customer needs and coordinate with internal teams for potential solutions.
Create and deliver presentations to customers and internal teams.
Update customers on order status, changes, and delivery issues.
