Job summary

Shopping Mall in Qatar is hiring an AC Technician with GCC experience for our facility maintenance team. The role focuses on installation, operation, and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems across residential and commercial spaces within the GCC market.

Local Qatar ID with NOC is required, and immediate joiners are preferred. Salary is 3,000–3,500 QAR per month plus company accommodation and transportation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as HVAC Technician in maintenance of residential/commercial buildings within GCC market exposure.
• Locally available in Qatar with valid Qatar ID along with NOC.
• Experience in installation, operation & maintenance of chillers, split, window AC, DX, package units, AHUs, chilled water pumps, FCUs, etc.
• GCC experience in a similar field is mandatory.
• ITI, Diploma or similar trade certificate in related field (min. 1 year course certificate) is mandatory.
• Knowledge and experience in related electrical works; good technical understanding of unit operation.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates outside Qatar are welcome but must have GCC/Qatar market experience.

• Should possess atleast 4+ year of experience as HVAC Technician in the maintenance of Residential/ Commercial Buildings within GCC market exposure.
• Must be Locally available in QATAR with valid Qatar ID along with NOC.
• Must have experience in Installation, operation & maintenance of Chillers, Split, Window AC, DX, Package Units, AHUS, Chilled water Pumps, FCUs etc.
• Having GCC experience in a similar field is mandatory.
• ITI, Diploma / Similar Trade certificate in related field is mandatory. (Min. 1 Year course certificate is mandatory)
• Should hold Knowledge & experience in related electrical works. Also, good Technical understanding of the units operation
• Must have experience in the operation and maintenance of Chillers.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
• Candidates outside Qatar are also open to apply but mandatory to have experience with Qatar or GCC market
