Job summary

Al Ali Engineering Co.WLL seeks an experienced HVAC technician to install, maintain and repair complex cooling systems in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience with split, package, VRF/VRV and central systems, can read drawings and technical specs, and will follow safety standards to ensure reliable operation and proper documentation of service activities.

Experience in preventive maintenance, leak testing and fault diagnosis is required, with a proactive attitude

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC experience.
• Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults.
• Experience reading HVAC drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

Experience: 5+ years, preferably in Qatar

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including split, package, VRF/VRV, and central air-conditioning systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment and related components.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults and carry out necessary repairs.
• Handle refrigerant charging, leak detection, vacuuming, and pressure testing.
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings, manuals, and technical specifications.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to applicable standards.
• Maintain service records and report equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Perform emergency breakdown repairs and respond to maintenance requests.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
