Job summary

People One in Qatar seeks an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to service VRF systems, air-cooled chillers, DX units, split ACs, AHUs/FCUs, and related equipment. You will perform routine maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting and repairs to ensure optimal performance and longevity of HVAC systems.

The role requires an ITI/Diploma in HVAC with at least 5 years hands-on experience, strong diagnostics, safety compliance, and teamwork. You must be ready to join in Qatar with NOC.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in HVAC or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on HVAC maintenance experience with VRF systems, air-cooled chillers, package/DX units, split AC units, AHUs/FCUs.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation, maintenance and repair procedures.
• Proficient troubleshooting of complex HVAC issues.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics and blueprints.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on VRF systems, air-cooled chillers, package/DX units, split AC units, AHUs/FCUs and related components.
• Inspect equipment to identify issues and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions using manuals and specifications.
• Execute repairs and replacements per manufacturer specs and safety standards.
• Utilize specialized tools for maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with team and supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts used.
• Provide technical guidance to junior technicians.
• Stay updated on industry trends and safety protocols.
