Zippy is seeking a Head of Sales Operations in Maia to design and execute the Portugal salesOps strategy in line with global brand goals. You will lead the sales operations team, drive KPI performance, and ensure in-store customer experience and brand standards are met.

Travel across the country and islands is required. The role anchors on data-driven decisions, collaboration with Merchandising and Marketing, and delivering a high-performing, customer-focused store network.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics or related field.
• Experience in senior sales management, fashion retail preferred.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver on commitments.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally and to islands.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute Zippy’s Sales Operations strategy for Portugal in line with global goals.
• Ensure store network performance by setting goals and monitoring KPIs.
• Lead and develop the Sales Operations team with a focus on customer care and branding.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and adherence to visual standards in-store.
• Analyze sales, costs and productivity; define improvement plans.
• Oversee visual merchandising, campaigns and in-store communication.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing and corporate teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design Zippy’s Sales Operations strategy in Portugal, aligned with the brand’s and business’s global goals;
• Ensure the commercial performance of the store network by setting goals and monitoring key business KPIs;
• Lead and develop the sales operations team, fostering a culture of high performance, customer closeness and customer focus;
• Ensure excellence in customer experience and the proper implementation of brand standards in-store;
• Analyze sales, productivity, costs and other performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement and defining action plans;
• Ensure the proper implementation of visual merchandising, product, campaign and in-store communication strategies;
• Work closely with the Merchandising, Marketing and other corporate teams;
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes, profitability and operational efficiency across the store network;
• Monitor market trends and consumer behavior, translating insights into business opportunities;
• Participate in defining the annual sales operations plan, including sales targets, resource requirements and strategic initiatives;
• Ensure the consistency and continuous enhancement of the stores’ image, guaranteeing alignment with the brand’s identity, positioning and visual standards;
• Lead and develop the Visual Merchandising team, ensuring the effective implementation of visual guidelines and an engaging and commercially impactful in-store experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics or fields relevant to the position;
• Mandatory experience in similar sales management roles, particularly in fashion retail;
• Experience in managing large teams, setting expectations and executing on commitments;
• Innovative leader up to date with market practices and aware of market trends;
• Ability to work and contribute to a dynamic and inspiring environment;
• Strong leadership and development skills of internal talent;
• Strong customer and business orientation, budget planning and new store expansion;
• Analytical skills and a strong focus on data-driven decision-making;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders;
• Personal availability to travel throughout the country and island and stay away from home.
