Sage is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our Customer Services team in Portugal. You will advise customers and partners, resolve business and finance-related queries, and drive tailored solutions while expanding your Sage X3 and ERP finance knowledge.

Work is hybrid: 3 office days + 2 home days, with opportunities for Work Away. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, with additional languages a plus.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, ERP systems or business processes is required.
• Experience in customer support, functional consulting, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to work independently in an international team.

• Provide support and guidance to Sage partners and customers.
• Analyse customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
