Claranet Limited in Lisbon is seeking a Workplace Services Senior Engineer to join our internal team. You will design and deliver Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions and lead the technical implementation of customer projects.

The role emphasizes implementing Intune, Entra ID, Defender, Autopilot, and Microsoft 365 migrations, and creating HLD/LLD and operational handovers.

Qualificações

• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
• Expertise in Identity & Access Management, including CA, MFA, PIM, SSO, and Identity Protection.
• Experience with Endpoint Management technologies such as SCCM/MECM, Windows Autopilot, Windows 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Security solutions, including Defender XDR, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, BitLocker, and Secure Score.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Purview.
• Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention, Sensitivity Labels, and Information Protection.
• Experience working in customer-facing, project-based environments.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Create technical documentation and operational handovers.
