Adentis Portugal is seeking a skilled Workplace / End-User Computing specialist to support and optimize our end-user environments. You will manage Windows 10/11 deployments, Intune and Microsoft 365 services, and device management across Android, iOS, and MacOS using JAMF.

The role requires 2–3 years in similar environments, Spanish and English fluency, and a willingness to visit the office once or twice per week in Portugal.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of experience in Workplace / End-User Computing environments.
• Strong experience with Windows 10/11 administration and deployment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Office).
• Hands-on experience with Intune (endpoint/device management).
• Experience managing mobile devices (Android and iOS).
• Knowledge of MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit).
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
• Availability to go to the office, once or twice per week.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support workplace environments, ensuring the stability and performance of end-user devices and systems
• Administer and maintain Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11), including deployment, configuration and troubleshooting
• Perform device deployment using MDT and other provisioning tools
• Manage and support mobile devices (Android and iOS) in enterprise environments
• Administer cloud-based device management solutions, including Microsoft Intune and M365
• Provide support and administration for Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Office)
• Manage and support MacOS environments, including device management with JAMF
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues related to workplace infrastructure
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure secure, efficient and standardized workplace solutions
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards and best practices
