ALS Global is seeking a Workday Integrations Analyst to design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations with internal systems. You will translate requirements into technical specs and ensure accurate data flow across HR and Payroll modules.

The role requires 3+ years in Workday integrations, hands-on experience with EIB/Core Connect/Cloud Connect/Workday Studio, and strong English communication. Portuguese/Spanish skills are a plus; a Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Workday integrations development and support.
• Experience with Workday integration tools: EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials.
• Experience with SFTP, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, JSON integration formats.
