Next Engineering is seeking a Server & Database Administrator to maintain and optimize Windows Server environments and Java applications tied to Oracle databases. The role requires strong English and German language skills and a proactive approach to incident resolution.

The candidate will ensure smooth operation, patching, monitoring, and documentation across production IT systems. Familiarity with HR/payroll tools is a plus, with base salary 1100–1400 EUR and additional food allowance.

Qualificações

• 3–6 years of experience in server and database administration.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proficient with Windows Server, Oracle databases, and Java applications.
• Knowledge of SQL and system integration points.
• Payroll/HR systems experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support and administration of Windows Server environments.
• Perform regular maintenance, updates, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting of server systems.
