Weddings by Rebecca in the Algarve is seeking an experienced Wedding & Events Planner to join our luxury destination wedding and events business serving international clients. The role concentrates on coordinating from concept through to execution, delivering refined celebrations with discretion and professionalism.

This is a full-time position based in the Algarve. No relocation support is offered, and candidates must already be locally based or able to work in the region.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in wedding and/or event planning.
• Destination wedding or international client experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and confidence with planning systems and client communication.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
• Professional presence and excellent client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-end events simultaneously.
• Two professional references required.

Due to continued growth, Weddings by Rebecca is expanding its team and seeking an experienced Wedding & Events Planner to join our Algarve-based luxury wedding and events business. We specialise in refined destination weddings and beautifully curated celebrations for international clients, and we are looking for a planner who understands the organisation, professionalism, and discretion required to deliver exceptional events from concept through to execution.
