BYD Iberia is seeking a Warranty Specialist in Lisbon to ensure efficient, accurate warranty operations and high customer satisfaction. You will verify claims, analyze data, and collaborate with Service Providers and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in warranty or aftersales within the automotive sector, excellent Portuguese and English communication, and strong analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Automotive, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in warranty, aftersales, automotive, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive warranty processes, claim management, and aftersales operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work with Service Providers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.

Responsabilidades

• Review and verify warranty claims and reports, ensuring accurate and timely processing of warranty reimbursements.
• Collect, analyze, and report warranty-related data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide support to Service Providers by responding to warranty inquiries and clarifying policies.
• Investigate abnormal or complex warranty cases and implement corrective actions to improve quality.
• Manage warranty parts auditing, tracking, storage, and disposal.
• Support special warranty events and material verification activities.
• Organize and deliver on-site warranty training sessions for Service Providers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Aftersales, Technical, Finance and other departments to resolve warranty topics.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement of warranty operations.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on performance metrics.
• Perform other warranty-related activities and projects as assigned.
