Carrier in Porto is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Operator to join Addvolt's Supply Chain team. This role focuses on executing daily warehouse operations, inbound/outbound flows, and inventory accuracy.

You will coordinate tasks, manage transportation, and lead on-site teams while ensuring safety, 5S, and adherence to internal processes. Collaboration with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, After Sales, and Quality is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and assign daily warehouse tasks (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping).
• Manage inbound and outbound flows to ensure timely movement and accuracy.
• Guarantee inventory accuracy, supervise cycle counts, and perform root-cause analyses.
• Ensure ERP transactions (receiving, movements, adjustments, shipments) are documented.
• Plan and execute transportation requirements, coordinating pickups and deliveries.
• Develop relationships with transport partners and monitor performance to drive improvements.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards, PPE use, and equipment handling.
• Maintain warehouse organization and apply 5S principles.
• Monitor KPIs and drive actions to improve performance.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, After Sales and Quality for alignment.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coach and develop warehouse team members and support cross-training.

We are looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Operator to join Addvolt's Supply Chain team in Porto. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of daily warehouse operations, inbound and outbound flows, transportation coordination and inventory accuracy. We are looking for someone organized, hands‑on and reliable, capable of leading the team on the shop floor while maintaining high standards of rigor, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate brings a continuous improvement mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to drive alignment across Supply Chain, Manufacturing and other key internal stakeholders such as After Sales, Financial, Quality and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign daily warehouse tasks (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping), ensuring clarity, priority, and proper execution.
• Manage inbound and outbound flows, ensuring materials and finished goods move accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal processes and customer expectations.
• Guarantee inventory accuracy, maintaining correct stock levels in the ERP, supervising cycle counts, and leading root‑cause analysis in case of discrepancies.
• Ensure proper execution and documentation of transactions in ERP (receiving, movements, adjustments, shipments).
• Plan, book and execute transportation requirements, ensuring pickups and deliveries happen on time and aligned with Supply Chain and customer needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with transport partners, acting as the main point of contact for scheduling, exceptions and performance issues, while monitoring transport reliability (delays, missed pickups, damages) and driving continuous improvement with providers.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Hygiene standards, promoting safe working practices, correct use of PPE, and proper equipment handling.
• Implement and maintain warehouse organization standards, ensuring cleanliness, layout optimization, and adherence to 5S principles.
• Monitor KPIs (inventory accuracy, OTD, receiving lead time, picking productivity, discrepancies) and drive actions to improve performance.
• Act as the main point of contact between Warehouse, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, After Sales, and Quality, ensuring alignment on priorities, constraints, and exceptions.
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen process discipline.
• Support and develop warehouse team members, providing on‑the‑job coaching, reinforcing standards, and ensuring cross‑training where needed.
• Ensure correct handling, storage, and traceability of materials, following internal procedures and customer/industry requirements.

Pay Range
