Carrier invites applications for a Logistics Associate based in Matosinhos, Porto. The role covers reception, verification, storage and accurate documentation of materials, and coordinating national and international shipments under supervision.

You will assist with warehouse tasks, inventory, and daily logistics to ensure timely deliveries and stock reliability. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in logistics, knows stock control and ERP, and communicates in English.

Qualificações

• Experience at least 1 year in logistics, warehousing, goods reception or dispatch.
• Knowledge of stock management, goods receipt/Movement, ERP and Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, verify, record and store materials ensuring stock reliability and order conformity.
• Prepare, document and track national and international shipments under supervision.
• Perform warehouse duties including production supply, material handling, inventories and daily logistics support.
• Ensure correct reception, storage and availability of materials.
• Ensure efficient shipments and adherence to delivery deadlines.
• Support daily logistics operations to improve stock reliability and operational excellence.

About the role

• Responsabilidades da função: Efetuar a receção, conferência, registo e armazenamento de materiais, assegurando a fiabilidade do stock e a conformidade com as encomendas.
• Assumir a responsabilidade operacional pela preparação, documentação e acompanhamento dos envios nacionais e internacionais, sob supervisão da Warehouse & Logistics Team Leader.
• Desempenhar funções polivalentes de armazém, incluindo abastecimento à produção, movimentação de materiais, inventários e suporte às operações logísticas diárias.
• Objetivo da função: Garantir a correta receção, armazenamento e disponibilidade dos materiais.
• Assegurar a execução eficiente das expedições e o cumprimento dos prazos de entrega.
• Apoiar as operações logísticas diárias, contribuindo para a fiabilidade do stock e excelência operacional.

Requisitos mínimos

• Experiência mínima de 1 ano em funções de logística, armazém, receção de mercadorias ou expedição.
• Conhecimentos de gestão de stock, conferência e movimentação de materiais, bem como utilização de ERP e Microsoft Excel.
• Capacidade de organização, autonomia, atenção ao detalhe e comunicação em inglês.
