Carrier is seeking a Digital Risk & Local IT Support Analyst based in Matosinhos, Porto, Portugal. The role blends local IT support with a strong emphasis on digital product security and risk management within Addvolt/Carrier teams.

You will coordinate with centralized support, deploy local applications, and maintain assets while collaborating with Enterprise Cybersecurity to embed security requirements, perform vulnerability management, and drive risk assessments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 5 years IT support, infrastructure operations, cybersecurity, or risk management.
• Understanding of information security principles and controls.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

About The Role

What You Will Do

Local IT Support (20%)

• Coordinate with centralized support teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
• Support local application deployment, upgrades, and user onboarding activities.
• Maintain local IT asset inventories and ensure compliance with corporate standards.

Digital Product Security & Risk Management (80%)

Cybersecurity Collaboration

• Partner with Enterprise Cybersecurity and Product Security teams to embed security requirements into digital products and business applications.
• Assist in vulnerability management, remediation tracking, and security control implementation.
• Support security assessments, reviews, and audits of digital products and business applications.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and cybersecurity functions.

Risk Assessment & Mitigation

• Work with business owners to identify, assess, and document cybersecurity and operational risks associated with digital products and business applications.
• Monitor remediation actions and ensure timely closure of identified risks.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience of 5 years in IT support, infrastructure operations, cybersecurity, or risk management.
• Understanding of information security principles and cybersecurity controls.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience with digital products, SaaS applications, cloud technologies, or software development environments.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIS2, or CIS Controls.
• Experience with compliance reporting, audit support, or governance activities.
