Job summary

Haleon seeks a Warehouse & Distribution Coordinator and Repack Planner in Portugal to support end-to-end logistics. You will manage ERP reconciliations, planning, PO creation, KPI reporting and collaboration with LSPs to ensure on-time deliveries and efficient repacking operations.

The role requires a university degree in a related field, 1–2 years in supply chain, and fluent English and Portuguese. The company offers growth opportunities and a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, IT, Supply Chain or Business Administration.
• Qualification in a supply chain related discipline, logistics, customer service, supply management, demand management, operational management or MBA.
• Fluent English and Portuguese are required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Update CERPS with the W&D IDOCs and reconcile daily the ERP system with the Logistics Providers.
• Monitor the Logistics Capacity and plan accordingly.
• Manage PO creation processes.
• Produce W&D KPIs.
• Provide logistics leadership with performance trends for Right First Time (RFT) % of deliveries created to plan.
• Monitor inbound with In-Market Supply Planning and ensure necessary documents.
• Support waste management and destruction process.
• Support Daily & Monthly W&D operating rhythm and meetings with LSPs.
• Stock counts and auditing file preparation.
• Prepare and manage Green Dot Fees (e.g. ECOEMBES).
• Agree repacking plans with 3rd party repackers to meet promotions and ensure packaging availability.
• Liaise with In Market Supply Planning to include repack requirements in main plan.
• Manage stock to meet deadlines with repackers and LSPs.
• Manage stock for NPD and relaunches – run ins/outs for repacked SKUs.
• Produce internal KPI measurements for repackers and drive cost reductions.
