White Rabbit Projects in Lisbon is seeking a Waiter (M/F) to join Santa Joana. You will be at the heart of guest experience, working with kitchen, bar and management to deliver standout service.

Experience as a waiter helps, but attitude matters most. You’ll thrive in a busy setting, communicating clearly in English and Portuguese and embracing the team-driven, hospitable culture the group promotes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a waiter, server or in front of house is a plus, but attitude matters most.
• A natural warmth with guests and the energy to thrive in a busy restaurant.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication.
• Good English & Portuguese; other languages are a bonus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests warmly and looking after every table from arrival to goodbye.
• Guiding guests through the menu and drinks with confidence, knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Taking orders accurately and keeping communication with the kitchen and bar sharp.
• Keeping the floor organised, polished and ready for service.

We’re looking for a Waiter (M/F) to join the Santa Joana team and help shape one of the most exciting restaurant in the city.

What Will You Be Doing?

As Waiter (M/F), you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience, working closely with the kitchen, bar and management team to deliver service that people talk about.

What Do You Need?

• Experience as a waiter, server or in front of house is a plus, but attitude matters most
• A natural warmth with guests and the energy to thrive in a busy restaurant
• Strong teamwork and clear communication
• Good English & Portuguese (other languages are a real bonus)
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Right to work in Portugal
