Martinhal Sagres Beach Family Resort is seeking a second waiter for our acclaimed Food & Beverage team in Sagres. You will deliver table service with a guest-centric approach, leveraging your knowledge of foods and beverages to create memorable dining experiences for our guests at a luxury resort.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in 5* hotels or signature restaurants/bars, strong service communication, and multilingual capabilities.

Qualificações

• Table service techniques and guest-facing service skills.
• Knowledge of food products and how they relate to menu and service.
• Experience in 5* hotels or signature restaurants/bars is required or strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of foreign languages with industry-specific vocabulary.
• Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems for orders and guest management.

Whether they are the artisans and creators, behind the scenes, or serving our clients directly, everyone’s efforts are felt, and work in unison to create outstanding memories for our guests.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Table service techniques;
• Communication and service techniques applied to restaurant service;
• Knowledge of MS Office and POS systems;
• Food product characteristics;
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in hotel units of the same category (5*) or in signature restaurants/bars;
• Knowledge of foreign languages – with application of industry-specific vocabulary.
