Affinity, a Portuguese technology consulting company with offices in Lisbon, Porto and Óbidos, is seeking a data-oriented IT reporting specialist to join our team. You will produce regular and ad-hoc reports, analyse IT systems and processes, and collaborate with stakeholders across projects in multiple countries.

You'll work in a flexible environment with hybrid work options, access to training and certifications, and a focus on work-life balance.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT field with broad understanding of IT systems and processes
• Strong ability to produce regular and ad-hoc reports with accuracy and clarity
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

What we’re looking for:

Requirements (must-have)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT field, with a broad understanding of IT systems and processes
• Strong ability to produce regular and ad-hoc reports with accuracy and clarity
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Requirements (desirable)

• Knowledge or hands-on experience in Cybersecurity, IT Risk, or Vulnerability Management
• Previous experience with SCA and SAST.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and present complex information in a clear, structured way
