Mastercard is seeking a Vice President, NBM Governance & Performance to lead analytics and governance for the Network Behavior Management program globally. You will drive measurement, reporting and strategic alignment across MA solutions, while guiding a high-performing analytics team.

You will partner with stakeholders across Security Solutions to ensure robust governance and effective risk management in a dynamic payments environment.

Qualificações

• Progressive leadership positions in payment fraud at a regional or global level.
• Strong expertise in payment fraud analytics, network or product security and cross-functional governance.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
• Proven experience in managing high-performance teams and nurturing talent.
• Proven ability to build relationships across the organization and delivering results.

Responsabilidades

• Develop clear, repeatable analytics to measure the NBM program performance.
• Manage the NBM Revenue Transformation Steering Committee for fees and mapping of behavior to MA solutions.
• Lead a team of data analysts to generate monthly, quarterly and annual analytics globally.
• Ensure adherence to the NBM program governance framework.
