Vodafone seeks a Voice Core Engineer to design, deliver, and evolve Voice Core solutions across markets. You will guide technical analyses, integrate MSS/MGW, HSS, HLR, and other components, and ensure high-quality delivery in CS, IMS and 5G domains in line with 3GPP standards.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service reliability and customer experience in a global environment.

Qualificações

• University degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of telecom protocols: SIP, Diameter, SS7, MAP and related signaling.
• Experience with CS, IMS and 5G Voice Core architectures as defined by 3GPP standards.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly in English and work in virtual, international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical design and specification of Voice Core hardware and software solutions aligned with customer requirements and Vodafone standards.
• Perform integration, deployment, and expansion of Voice Core information systems (MSS/MGW, STP, DRA, HSS, HLR, SBC, CSCF, TAS, UDR, AUSF, UDM, IBCF).
• Coordinate integration and acceptance testing for new software releases, ensuring compatibility with existing platforms.
• Contribute to low-level design specs, solution docs, and implementation guidelines for Voice Core features.
• Support end-to-end project delivery including planning, risk identification, and progress reporting.
• Define and prepare Work Orders to support Change Management and Operations teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers within the Voice Core domain.
• Collaborate with architecture, operations, vendors, and customer teams to improve service quality and reliability.
