Zumub is seeking a Multi-Disciplinary Brand Designer to shape the brand identity across physical and digital environments, delivering concepts to execution with a strong sense of ownership.

You will develop brand visuals for social media, packaging, motion graphics and 3D renders, collaborating with a fast-paced team in a startup setting with hybrid work after training.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years hands-on, multi-disciplinary design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating print/packaging, digital design, motion graphics and 3D assets.
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Intermediate knowledge of After Effects (or Premiere Pro) for motion design.
• 3D rendering with Blender/Dimension/Substance.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).

ROLE

We are looking for a Multi-Disciplinary Brand Designer to join our creative team. We are seeking someone with the technical expertise and conceptual versatility to move seamlessly between physical and digital environments, static and animated formats, delivering high-quality work from concept to execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Brand Identity & Consistency: Develop and maintain the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency and continuous brand evolution across all channels and touchpoints.


• Digital & Performance Design: Create engaging visual assets for social media, newsletters, website banners and landing pages.


• Physical & Merchandise Design: Design print-ready solutions for packaging, apparel and merchandising materials.


• Motion & 3D Visuals: Produce motion graphics and high-quality 3D product renders.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on, multi‑disciplinary design experience (agency or in‑house).


• Versatile Portfolio (Mandatory): Portfolio demonstrating expertise across print/packaging, digital design, motion graphics and 3D visual assets.


• Tools:Advanced knowledge of core Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).


• Tools:Intermediate knowledge of After Effects (or Premiere Pro) for motion design and video editing.


• Tools:Practical experience with 3D software (Blender, Adobe Dimension/Substance) for rendering, modelling and mockup creation.


• Languages: Full professional fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).


• Profile: Strong sense of ownership, adaptability and exceptional attention to detail.
