A Zumub procura um Designer de Marca Multidisciplinar para se juntar à equipa criativa. Procuramos alguém com profundidade técnica e agilidade conceitual para transitar entre espaços físicos e digitais, estática e animada, desde o conceito até à entrega final.

Principais responsabilidades: manter a identidade da marca, criar ativos digitais, design para embalagem e merchandising, além de motion graphics e visualizações 3D.

Qualificações

• Pelo menos 3 anos de experiência prática multdisciplinal em design.
• Portfólio que demonstre print/packaging, design digital, motion e assets 3D.
• Proficiente em Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign.
• Inglês e Português fluentes (falado e escrito).

Responsabilidades

• Desenvolver e manter a identidade visual da marca e a consistência multicanal.
• Criar ativos digitais para redes sociais, newsletters, websites e landing pages.
• Desenvolver design físico e merchandising, incluindo embalagens e apparel.
• Criar motion graphics e visualizações 3D para produto e marketing.

Role

We are looking for a Multi-Disciplinary Brand Designer to join our creative team. You need to be someone with the technical depth and conceptual agility to seamlessly move between physical and digital spaces, static and animated media, delivering high-quality work from concept to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Brand Identity & Consistency: Develop and maintain the brand’s visual identity, ensuring absolute consistency and continuous development across all channels and touchpoints.
• Digital & Performance Design: Create engaging visual assets for social media, newsletters, website banners and landing pages.
• Physical & Merchandise Design: Create print-ready solutions for packaging, apparel and merchandising.
• Motion & 3D Visuals: Develop motion graphics and 3D product visualizations/renders.

Requirements and qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of practical, multi-disciplinary design experience (agency or in-house);
• Versatile Portfolio (Mandatory): Your portfolio must demonstrate range across print/packaging, digital design, motion graphics and 3D visual assets;
• Tools: Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign);
• Intermediate knowledge in After Effects (or Premiere Pro) for motion graphics and video editing;
• Practical experience with 3D software (Blender, Adobe Dimension/Substance) for product rendering/modeling and mockups;
• Languages: Professional fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Profile: High level of ownership, technical adaptability and strong attention to detail.
