Zumub is seeking a Multi-Disciplinary Brand Designer to shape a strong brand across print, digital, and motion. The role covers concept to execution with a hybrid work setup after onboarding and on-site presence in Cacém–Sintra, including one remote day per week.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multidisciplinary design, a versatile portfolio across print, packaging, and 3D, and advanced Adobe CC skills, plus fluency in Portuguese and English.

• Portfolio showing print, packaging, digital media, motion graphics, and 3D work.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

• Maintain and strengthen the brand’s visual identity across channels.

ROLE:

We are looking for a Multi-Disciplinary Brand Designer who is comfortable working across creative disciplines, combining technical expertise with creative problem-solving to deliver outstanding visual solutions from concept to execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Brand Identity & Consistency: Manage and strengthen the brand’s visual identity, ensuring alignment and consistency across all communication channels.
• Digital & Performance Design: Design engaging creative assets for social media, newsletters, website campaigns, banners, and landing pages.
• Physical & Merchandise Design: Develop print-ready materials for packaging solutions, apparel collections, and merchandising items.
• Motion & 3D Visuals: Produce animated content and high-quality 3D renderings for products and branded materials.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in multidisciplinary design functions within agency or corporate environments;
• Versatile Portfolio (Mandatory): Portfolio demonstrating a broad range of skills across print, packaging, digital media, motion graphics, and 3D design;
• Tools:Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign);
• Intermediate proficiency in After Effects (or Premiere Pro) for motion graphics and video editing;
• Hands-on experience with Blender, Adobe Dimension/Substance or similar 3D software;
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in Portuguese and English;
• Profile: Strong ownership mindset, technical versatility, and keen attention to detail.
