Zumub is seeking a Multi-Disciplinary Brand Designer to shape Zumub's visual identity across branding, digital design, motion and 3D visualization. You will manage projects from concept to delivery, maintaining consistency and high-quality assets for an international audience.

Join a fast-growing startup in Portugal, with hybrid work (1 remote day per week) and an on-site role in Cacém – Sintra. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience, a strong portfolio, and fluency in Portuguese

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of professional multidisciplinary design experience.
• Portfolio evidencing expertise in packaging, print, digital design, motion graphics and 3D content.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and motion/video tools.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Brand Identity & Consistency: Maintain and evolve the visual identity across platforms.
• Digital assets: Create social media, newsletters, banners, websites and campaign landing pages.
• Physical & Merchandise Design: Develop packaging concepts and merchandising materials.
• Motion & 3D visuals: Produce motion graphics and photorealistic product visuals.

"Join Zumub’s creative team as a Designer and help shape the visual identity of a fast-growing international brand through innovative and impactful design solutions.ROLE:We are seeking a Multi-Disciplinary Brand Designer who can confidently work across branding, digital design, motion graphics and 3D visualisation, managing projects from concept development to final delivery.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Brand Identity & Consistency: Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the brand, ensuring consistency, quality and recognition across all platforms.Digital & Performance Design: Produce compelling digital assets for social media, newsletters, banners, websites and campaign landing pages.Physical & Merchandise Design: Develop packaging concepts, apparel graphics and merchandising materials for production.Motion & 3D Visuals: Create dynamic motion graphics and photorealistic product visualisations.REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in multidisciplinary design roles;Versatile Portfolio (Mandatory): Portfolio evidencing expertise in packaging, print, digital design, motion graphics and 3D content;Tools:Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign);Experience using After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion and video projects;Knowledge of Blender, Adobe Dimension/Substance for modelling, rendering and mockup production.Languages: Professional fluency in Portuguese and English;Profile: Strong ownership mindset, technical versatility and a refined eye for visual detail.OFFER:Play a key role in the growth of an international startup in expansion;Young, energetic and fast-paced working environment;Flexible schedule and hybrid work opportunities following the training period;Employee discounts, health insurance, gym membership and other benefits;On-site position in Cacém – Sintra, with 1 remote working day per week.
