Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Team Lead, Human Data Operations – Vision, Image & Video, based in Portugal. You will lead a hands-on team of AI Tutors responsible for labeling, reviewing, and evaluating visual data across image and video domains, owning quality and delivery at scale.

You will shape training materials, establish workflow standards, and partner with data, engineering, and operations to translate model requirements into effective labeling strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, AI training, or related operations.
• Experience with data quality metrics and guideline-driven processes.
• Familiar with project management tools such as Notion, Axiom, JIRA, Linear.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for assigned human data projects.
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of AI Tutors.
• Participate in labeling and review activities to maintain quality.
• Manage guidelines, taxonomy, QA workflows, and certification standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement workflow improvements.
• Track performance via KPIs and dashboards.
• Develop training materials, exercises, and certification benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Human Data Managers, Team Leads, and Engineering.
• Foster high-performance culture and handle performance processes.
• Document outcomes, risks, and results; propose improvements.
