Purpose

• The purpose of a Visa Specialist Personnel is to serve as a point of contact for visa‑related matters, ensuring smooth and efficient processing of applications while adhering to legal requirements and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• O Review and verify documents required for visa submission according to the requirements of the relevant embassy or consulate.
• 2. Advisory and Guidance
• O Provide guidance to applicants on the visa process, including timelines, fees, and required documentation.
• 3. Liaison with Authorities
• O Act as a liaison between applicants, the organization, and immigration authorities or consulates.
• O Follow up on the status of visa applications and resolve any issues or delays.
• 4. Record Keeping and Documentation
• O Maintain accurate records of all visa applications, approvals, and rejections.
