Purpose

• The Travel Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating travel arrangements that fall outside the standard scope. This includes handling bookings for newcomers, family assignments, and contractors, ensuring all travel needs are met efficiently and in accordance with company policies. The Travel Officer plays a crucial role in facilitating smooth and seamless travel experiences for all special cases within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Out-of‑Scope Bookings: Manage travel arrangements that fall outside the standard scope, ensuring all special requirements are met.
• Newcomers: Handle travel bookings for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Family Assignments: Coordinate travel for employees' family assignments, ensuring all logistics are efficiently managed.
• Contractors' Bookings: Oversee travel arrangements for contractors, ensuring their travel needs are met in accordance with company policies.

Education

• Graduate and Above

Experience

• 5 years in the travel industry (hotel, logistic, airlines, visa)
