Job summary

You will work under the Vehicle Inspection Manager or Lead, delivering accurate reports and maintaining equipment, with opportunities to grow within a fast-paced industry that values safety

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year automotive experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license that meets the requirements.
• Able to safely drive a variety of make/model/sizes of vehicles.
• Proficiency with computer systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers (dealer or consumer).
• Resolve inquiries in a friendly, courteous manner; advise management of complaints.
• Ensure prompt, courteous attention to internal and external customers.
• Inspect vehicles for wear, damage, or previous repairs; ensure inspection adherence to program.
• Capture data on mobile devices and use related software.
• Submit completed condition reports via approved technology.
• Deliver results in a timely manner and maintain productivity.
• Collaborate with manager and sales team on customer needs.
