Jobtailor in Lisbon is seeking a UX/UI designer to own the user experience for websites and digital services, grounded in user-centered research and iterative design.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement accessible interfaces, create prototypes, and analyze usage data to drive improvements, ensuring high usability and performance.

The role requires a portfolio and 3+ years of experience, with strong HTML/CSS skills and proficiency in Figma and Agile workflows.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years' experience designing and developing websites and/or web applications.
• Frontend design with HTML and CSS.
• Portfolio demonstrating completed projects.
• Strong focus on usability and accessibility through user-centered design.
• Solid knowledge of interaction design, visual design and information architecture.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean UX, among others).

Requirements
