Jobtailor in Lisbon is seeking a UX/UI designer to own the user experience for websites and digital services, grounded in user-centered research and iterative design.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement accessible interfaces, create prototypes, and analyze usage data to drive improvements, ensuring high usability and performance.

The role requires a portfolio and 3+ years of experience, with strong HTML/CSS skills and proficiency in Figma and Agile workflows.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years' experience designing and developing websites and/or web applications.
• Frontend design with HTML and CSS.
• Portfolio demonstrating completed projects.
• Strong focus on usability and accessibility through user-centered design.
• Solid knowledge of interaction design, visual design and information architecture.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean UX, among others).

Responsabilidades

• Support the development of websites and digital platforms, ensuring best practices in usability and accessibility.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on the implementation and improvement of FCCN websites and web applications.
• Develop low- and high-fidelity prototypes for new features and digital services.
• Analyze usage and performance data from different digital platforms, proposing improvements that help achieve defined objectives.
• Ground design decisions in user-centered research and communicate those solutions to the team and stakeholders.
