ebankIT is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our design team in Porto. You will create intuitive digital experiences, work with internal and external stakeholders, and translate requirements into design solutions from research to implementation.

You will design wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity interfaces, conduct usability tests, and contribute to the product roadmap. Strong English and a design portfolio are essential.

Qualificações

• Academic degree in Design or a related field.
• Previous UX/UI design project experience.
• Familiarity with Adobe Portfolio tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

About the role

We are building our Design team and would love you to join us.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand user needs, transform requirements into effective design solutions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products. From research to implementation, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding user experiences while working in a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative environment.

Role and responsibilities

• Collect, research, investigate, and evaluate user requirements;
• Design outstanding userexperiences and intuitive application interfaces;
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs;
• Optimize and enhance existing user interface designs;
• Conduct usabilitytesting and evaluate user experience;
• Collaborate with internal and external clients to understand business and user objectives;
• Present and justify design decisions and recommendations;
• Produce and maintain design documentation and guidelines;
• Contribute to thecontinuous evolution of the product roadmap and user experience strategy.

Profile

• Academic degree in Communication, Multimedia, Design, or a similar field;
• Experience in UX/UI Design projects;
• Knowledge of Adobe Portfolio (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, etc.);
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Fluency in English.
