We are looking for a UX/UI Designer responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining digital platforms, ensuring an intuitive, fast browsing experience aligned with the business objectives of the Arquiconsult Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and journeys from wireframes to high‑fidelity layouts.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to align design decisions with objectives and technical feasibility.

Experience Levels

• Minimum 1–2 years in UX/UI Design, preferably in design and evolution of web platforms, digital products or corporate websites.
• Experience with CMS such as WordPress, Webflow or similar platforms for website creation and maintenance.
• Experience working with technical and business teams, ensuring design decisions align with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• Degree in Design, Digital Design, Multimedia, Communication Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Solid knowledge of UX/UI design principles, usability and user‑centered design methodologies.
• Basic front‑end knowledge including HTML5 and CSS3 (responsive design techniques, Flexbox/Grid).
• Basic understanding of JavaScript.
• Experience with design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or equivalent UI design tools.
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow.
• Google Analytics or other user behavior analysis tools (valued).
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
